Unser Collective stands behind our products completely. If you received an incorrect order, or are unsatisfied with the fit of the item or its quality, we're happy to accommodate your return for a store credit or item/size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. "Final Sale" items, such as specific collections, are final, and no exchange or returns will be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. Send all return, exchange or shipping inquiries to contact@unsercollective.com

 

Do you ship outside the United States?

Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 10-14 days for delivery on all international orders. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Exact rate depends on order weight and destination. Does not include duties and taxes due upon delivery.

 

My country of residence is not listed as a shipping option. What do I do?

If your country is not listed, then we do not currently ship there. Please send us an email to contact@unsercollective, and we’ll try to make it happen.
